Got the correct forks for my mongoose 84 project today. Upon inspection I dicovered a threaded area at the bottom of the fork tube where the actual "fork" begins. Is there supposed to be bearing cup there or something ?
If so do they sell that part with the headset?

I'll post a pic later if anyone wants to see it.
