Hey new to the site and could use some help. Just came across a CW. I went to the CW web site to research the serial # and it referred me to a PPP prefix meaning it was a PRO or PISTOL PETE.I also looked at the two different bikes and didnt see any diffs with the frame and fork in the two. The # on my CW is PPP 800. Would any of you RAD cats know by the serial # if its a PRO or PISTOL PETE and if CW used special #s for factory vs. production bikes. Thanks for any help in advance.JONES
mr coasterbrake
if i recall, the Pros with the "PPP" numbers were just re-labeled pistol pete frames after he left CW.

Also what do think its worth done right with all old school parts and how do I find out what the parts list is for the PPP.Thanks again in advance!!

can you post pic's of the frame. the pistol pete was made for two years . does it have the original decals? the last frame and fork painted white was sold for $480 on ebay without decals. the tough part is finding 84' decals

Here are some pics. It looks like it was all purple from the factory and someone did a crappy job of applying a coat of white to it. Pardon the condition as I have not cleaned it up at all.
