a buddy of mine called me and said he saw this bike lying around some guys house where he was buying some records at a yard sale. he asked if i wanted it and sight unseen i said yes. not bad for $40. 1992 robinson jr. all i did was clean it up and put some new bars, grips cable housing and pads. came with uni seat, gt sealed hubs, gt stem, dia compe brakes and real comp 3's. i picked it up mainly for my son( at least thats what i told my wife ) who is only 2 but in 6 years or so he will be sporting a sweet old/mid school robby.

Heck yea. I would have flapped $40 out for that quicker than sheeyit.

Star,

Good score bro. Cool little bike that has a home in a few years, that makes it well worth it! A set of Robison pads would be the only thing I would consider. Then put them back in the bag and throw the checkers back on when you give it to your son down the road.

I'm starting to really dig that '90 to '94ish era. Been swapping parts on my
'94 Pro Series frame for years and it always feels like home. Seems like there's still
bargains in that timeframe, but $40 for that haul is a real steal.

Great to see ya not parting it out, but saving it for the next generation!

I pay $40 all day long for that! Nice score.

This is a sweet, sweet ride. Even today the quality of these bikes really hasn't been surpassed. This bike could still win expert mains with no problem. The way you've tricked it out is top notch.
