Guest200901
What? everyone still have hangovers? Still sleeping? Where's the pics? Game results? KOP jumping the big pizza story?

Anyone?.....Knock-Knock..... Hello??? The North Dakota guy drove all the way home and still posted 1st!
mikkopeters
Saturday was AWESOME!!!!

Great turnout, some new faces and some familiar faces that haven't been around for a while!
Broadway was the ideal place for the event, we had some great pizza and complete run of the place. My hats off to Ditch for announcing and helping set up, Bill A for handing out prizes, Fab Kashimax for MCing and to Bill and Paul for the KILLER job on the jerseys and plates. And eveyone that hauled the equipment up to the front door, THANK YOU!

The tally sheets were given away as a souviner and places 1-6 were only separated by a handful of points. But I do know one thing:

Rick and Cody Kast rocked the Game Show!!!! Congrats on the WIN!!!!

Special thanks to QBP, One on One and The Curb Dogs (Maurice ROCKS!) for the great prizes. Stop and visit Gene sometime, great shop.

The Faction members RULE!!! Thanks again everyone for coming out to the show!

See you at the spring ride!

And Ditch, thank you for Peglette. She's going to be a great (and RARE) ride!!!!
King of Pipeline
I have to say, a big thanks, to Mike for the event. I had a wonderful time. Broadway Pizza is fantastic. That pizza is so good. The vibe in the room, was all good.
I never got to talk to these guys from the Dakota's. I was stoked, BMX is alive and well.

Some of my highlights :
1 : the game show was a fun idea.....
2 : Looking at Ditch's Haro
3 : Talking to phycho, and he even picked up the whole tables tab! That dude is awesome...
4 : Talking to Krt about the freestyle. I could talk to that guy for years about biking..

It was also a good break and something different for me on a saturday night. I fully appreciate all the efferts put forward... Thanks.. this event made my month.....

Also that waitress, was quite a treat..... Ladies of the evening was represented..
King of Pipeline

Outside Broadway..
Paul Springer
Sounds like you guys had a good time, sorry I missed it...

See you at the spring ride!

Has a date been set yet for this ride, I would love to get it on the calendar.

It looks like the trivia questions were put together in Powerpoint, would someone be willing to share them so I could give it a go or was this something just for faction members?
King of Pipeline
These question were too hard, even for me.. I thought i'd ace the thing. I think I got forth out of 6 teams. How did Kast do it? I think he had some inside info?

El' MikkoDePeterson, where is the link to your new forum? I don't have time to weed through all my emails to find it. You must be posting all the juicey pics over there.

Did KOP jump anything? Car? Van? Cat Jugglers, "Ladies of the evening"?

Thanks Jerry! Without the help of Ditch, Bill A and the other Factionites, it could not have been possible. I had a great time too, Broadway makes everything super easy.

How did Kast do it? I think he had some inside info?

No way, Ditch and I were the only people to see the questions before the event and I had the only copy of everything. Rick Kast is simply that brilliant. smile.gif

"just for faction members"? Wha? Are you turning in your colors? smile.gif Let me see what we can put together in an email version for the Factionites that were not there.

Paul Springer
Man was I hungover in that picture, scary stuff. No, I am not turning in my colors.

Please email the questions when you get a chance, I want to see what everyone was so stumped by.
King of Pipeline
More from the Blast....

More from the Blast....

i want to thank everyone who donated the prizes. i mean how many people can say they have a box of rice-o-roni autographed by maurice meyer. lol
it was great to get out of town and talk to everyone. flapjacks and pyscho, sorry but i never caught your real names.
mikkopeters
I think the room hit the highest dB level right before the gameshow started- I stepped up into one of the train cars and it was a roar in there. smile.gif Whole lotta BMX BSing...

I have a web version of the gameshow so peeps can play at home. I'll have it tweaked and up soon.

Unfortunately I am all out of Rice a Roni and other assorted parting gifts, so no prizes for those of you that test your knowledge at home.

Anyone care to throw out some ideas for the ride? Who wants to plot the route? RODNICK?

Condo, I have not furnished a link to the outside world to cut down on the amount of maintainece we would have to do to the forum. Like you don't have it bookmarked to see what we're up to. smile.gif

http://minnesotafaction.com/forums/

It's not "exclusive", if you feel like signing up (if you are from minnesota or not), do it. Post, hang out and BS.
