I got these off of ebay a while ago and I am curious if they are Star forks. The bottom of the forks are capped. Any help would be appreciated.

Look like ELF forks.

Those are ELF forks.

FREEAGENT forks have a litle longer area that goes up the tube....more like a cw/revcore/hyper. but not as narrow as a torker fork. This would be easier to show you than to tell you...but no camera to show the comparison.
