These decals are so closely matched to the original, its almost impossible to tell them apart.

Ive always wondered what differences there is in repro decals and factory ones. Are some repros exact replicas?

Not knocking your score here Atari, just found a good time to bring it up with that quote in the listing. Congrats man!

The majority of the repro decals that are floating around are done via digital process. Mine are screen printed like the orginals.

I strive to produce a decal set that will be as close to original as possible for the purist. cool.gif

Here is my reproduction headtube decal sitting next to an NOS decal. Can you tell which one is the real one?

Original is on the left...but...the repro looks spot on if not better! wink.gif

I'll loan out a set of my Rupe decals for the greater good.

Not only is that amazingly accurate, it's freaking awesome. I remember back in the 80s when GT came out with the Mach 1s with new decals, I bought several sets of the old "winged" style decals because I figured I would never be able to find them again. A bike just isn't complete without the decals and to be able to find those finishing touches some 20 or 30 years later makes this whole restoring thing worth while. Kudos to you for making the effort to be spot on with the originals. I thank you for it.

I have just posted the ebay link on to the Rad site too, but is there any chance of the pro class decals being done as I'm needing some of these???
AtariAger
The decals arrived today... cool.gif !

Sure they look good when you see them in pictures...but...let me tell you that they are so much better in person!

The feel of the decals themselves are amazing!

Outstanding job! I'll be waiting for some Pro Class decals next! tongue.gif I'd love to see how you make out with the head badge decal. wink.gif

Thanks again!

Tom,

Glad you like them. I'm very happy with how they turned out.
