Has anyone done Profile repro padsets?

I know decal sets are out there, but don't know about pads.

I'm looking for a chrome set. These would be going on a rider, so I don't want to spend insane amounts of money. The last chrome set I had a line on the guy wanted way over 3 bills for them. There was just a set of white ones on eBay that were not even in very good condition that went for almost $200.

Thanks! Let me know:

I have the chrome Cal Lite pads waiting if anyone is doing the screening. I have two complete sets of the pads but want to do two sets of Profile screening vs the CW. If I have the pads can anyone screen or does anyone have the artwork? I will not be selling, they are for me and MAYBE one for trade.

The chrome material might be hard to find guys.

I have the white ones(not for sale) Would like a set of chrome as well. My problem is i need to figure out the color of the decal set. I bought a set of clears did the artwork to make a set of chrome ones. The yellow looks like a mustard color rather than true yellow like on the pads. Can anyone clear this up for me. It's cheaper for me to have 3 sets made than one so i'll give up a set(decals) to someone for the help.

Heya Guys...

I currently am waiting on the stem pads to be done so I can send a couple samples off to Profile.
After talking with them a couple of times, I got the impression that they'd be down to do some themselves, but I was told that sometimes things don't always go according to plan and that if they did not end up doing them, that they might be interested. So I'm hoping that they are interested.

Maybe a teaser shot?

Well, okay then.

Justin, I really hope these are approved for you, have a habit of making things happen (like the GT Pads)..even though I have an original set, I need a set for the cruiser I have in the works...The pads you have done look like perfect replica's to me! Good luck mate...

Here my originals....

Joker -- Those look awesome! Just what everyone on here is looking for.

Has Profile given you any sort of timeframe?
If they decide not to do them, will you be making some sets?

It looks like you've already done alot of hard work on this.
Thanks!

Yeah, they are 99% the same. The padset yellow might be a touch darker than the decals..to close to call...

Let us know how you go with Profile Justin, I think you've got your answer on if these will sell or not! smile.gif

Thanks for the comments guys!

I'll keep you all up to speed as things progress either way. The contact at Profile actually told me back in May that if they didn't have something in the works by summer that they would call me to see what I could do for a sample. I have not heard anything so I'm trying to get the "contract" so to speak and be optimistic. We'll see.

We're looking at the first part of January for a realistic time frame though.
