Hoping you could help me confirm what make of bike this is and what year it was made.

Has an interesting little gusset under the headtube.

Run down:
Ritchey dropouts
White Industries front and rear hubs
White Industries cranks
Ritchey frame--what model?? Says "Tami" on top of bb.
Girvin suspension forks
MKS Grafight pedals
Kooka levers

No stickers or serial number.

The only thing it says is "Tami" on the top of the bottom bracket. It looks like it was welded in.

What kind of material is the frame? Alum/Cro-Mo?

Alot of frames had ritchey dropouts besides ritchey frames.

Does it have a 1" steerer?

Ritchey's were usually built w/ fastback seatstays. They sort of ended and incorporated the seat binder bolt. I don't think it is a Ritchey. The flat gussetts make me think of pre Trek Bontrager. If it has a 1" head tube, that also points toward Bontrager.

I'm really sure not what it is for certain though. It's a nice bike never the less...

It actually reminds me of a MTB I saw back in the mid/late 90's that had Klein decals on it.

it's steel, and 99.9% sure it's a 1' steerer tube,headtube could be reduced?

I think that it's a Bontrager with that gusset on the down tube.

most of the parts are early 90's

those forks always scared me...

Dakota AKA Jamis?

Yeah, I saw a guy bust his face during a race when his fork, like that, let go. The lower pivot bolt broke and the fork folded, not pretty!
