As many of you know, I work at SE Bikes. We are about to look into production of 1" Landing Gear forks. We want to make sure these are spot on for your bikes. We need some specific details and we realize you guys are the best source of info.

We are looking for measurements. We got measurements from an early 80's set of Landing Gear. This is what we know:

Steerer tube length from top to race seat = 5 11/16"

Race Collar = 3/16"

Steerer tube length above Race Collar = 5 1/2"

Threads go down 1 1/2" on steerer tube.

We also tried to get the frame head tube length of OS SE bikes. We got a head tube length of 4 1/16" on a couple of mid 80's quads.

If anyone can go out there and do some measuring and post their information, that would help assure a better product. Please remember to list the frame and fork along with the year. We are looking into producing the Landing Gear in 20", 24" and 26" so we need a good variety.
