.....anyone consider or is making a 24" hack.....I definetely would be into that.

That would be cool. Probably a lot more comfortable than the 20".

My concern would be the wheels. Is there a 24" wheel that can handle the side stress of a side hack?

Probably a fun toy, but under me it might be a disaster waiting to happen. blink.gif

You could leave the wheel size for the hack at 20" even for a cruiser, or if you need a 24" wheel for the hack run a 48 spoke 4-cross with a sun BFR and large flange hub. That should handle the side load. A skyway would definately be out. At that size that sucker would flex big time. You could get a wheel shop to whittle a moto mag in 24", but that would probabl;y be cost prohibative.
