look to be the real deal. around 1976 ish. i've got a similar pair but mine have the brake hole drilled. check out redlinebikes.com and click on the history tab for bmx. thers a nice shot of a squareback in the 1976 section. but those forks are also drilled for a front brake. let me know if you need a set with the brake hole drilled mine are available.
