Been browsing this forum for a while and just thought I'd get the first one out of the way!
Sounds like there's some genuine people on this site, not to mention the excellent info you can pick up on the way.
I'm the process of restoring an 87 performer, 90 Freestyle tour and a 94 (i think) speed series 24. When I've got my GT fix out of the way I'd like to move onto a Haro Master (86ish), Skyway Street Beat and a Hutch, just haven't decided which one yet.
By the way, I'm from Sydney, Australia.
Cheers,
Paul

Welcome to the site!
You're just in time too, I was beginning to worry that the "who is from Austrailia?" thread would screech to a grinding halt in the Worldwide BMX forum. 620 pages and counting, LOL.
With any luck you might someday cross paths with Roberto, who (I think) is also an Aussie and got some of the coolest GT's you'll ever want to see. Quite a few other goodfellas in this section who are also from "Oz", so you're in good company.

Thanks for the welcome..
donvader, I will definately post some shots of the bikes when I can. The Speed Series is almost there, just awaiting on some parts to get here from the US. So I can finish it off. The bloody painter got the downtube stickers the wrong way around so the GT wing points up instaed of down.

I was going to leave it, but each time I add another part to it it just looks more and more out of place.
I'm going to get him to respray (at least the down tube) and the 90 FS Tour is with the painter at the mo and believe me, he's got detailed instructions this time.
rogerd, yep my wife loves my new hobby (not)
Axlepeg, Roberto is how I stumbled across this forum, although we've only chatted briefly I'm looking forward to seeing his collection!
Cheers,
Paul
