Hey Southern Faction guys!!
I was asked by Shannon over at the ABA if I was interested in getting together an Old-School BMX bike museum at the Disney Cup race to be held Oct 27-28 at Disney's Pop Century Resort. I'll be speaking with Shannon in more detail about this this week to get more info, but it's kinda last minute, so we need to get this organized pretty quickly.
Let me know if you can make it to add your bikes to the museum. I do need to know how many people/bikes to expect so we can get a large enough area set up for us. Should be a fun time.
I know Pete Bruno is in..... anybody else...? Greg Russ, Lou, Hutch King, Jerry, Stodd, Mickey, Donald....... etc......

I'm going to book a hotel for Thur, Fri, Sat night at a hotel close to Disney. There is one hotel - villa that looks pretty sweet that has a total of 4 beds and is about $110 a night, so CALL ME if you want to go in on it! That ends up being pretty cheap if we split it up!

how far is this track from the convention area?
can you go to it prior to the race later in the month?

hey guys...
I'm out for this weekend. My little daughter is sick with bronchitis and a throat and sinus infection, so I'm staying home with her. I can't take her out like that, and my wife has to go to work.
It's a bummer......
It didn't seem that we were going to have that big of an old-school showing this time around with only a month's notice. Hopefully we can get the ball rolling sooner for next year's event and really put on a good show....
