I have a high ceiling (9FT. 6IN.) in one room of our house that I intend to use as an office. I want to hang some bikes from the ceiling w/o damaging the sheetrock.

Show me what you guys have rigged up to hang bikes. Also, any headaches or things you wish you had done differently.

Thanks!

OBVIOUSLY a old picture...but i keep my bikes like this....

I have 3 more stands like this Criscobath, LMK, i could hook ya up with one or two of them. they are meant to hold two bikes, but i put two bikes on top and two on the bottom when storage time is needed, one up one doen when its SHOW TIME!!!!

Cool stuff. I need to keep my stuff of the floor though. I have files, a desk, samples, etc. that will litter up the floor.

Oldskoolpk,

Monte Carlo SS fan? I had a rare color combo years ago. 87 Black w/ gold decals and tan interior. I've only seen one other like it.

I like that wall style. Maybe I could do the same w/ two twelve foot 2x4s on the ceiling. Think it'll support 8 bikes w/ no problem? I'd mount em like they're riding on the ceiling. I suppose I'll need to mount the bars flat and the seat post all the way down to clear my noggin.

Love the noose idea moosegoose.

15" apart from there.
alternate hang one from rear then one from front.

In the process of hanging my Profiles in my office/music room with these single bike hangers, will post pics when done, but have this in my living room
