Sign their petition, please.

For those unaware(or too lazy to research their petition) they are seeking bike time at their local YMCA skate park which, at this time, doesn't allow bikes.

Just be a good person and help them get some bike time.

Done as well.

Looks like Virginia residents only...bummer.

I hear ya and have worked with our YMCA which was such a "skate park" but changed it to a "wheel park." It was now balanced with inline, skate, and BMX.

Soon BMX was the majority and that meant increased memberships, concession sales, and we had the largest turnout for contests and bike camps...which brought in the most $$$ ever for our Y.


If a park doesn't allow BMX then there needs to be some education to the "powers to be" and hats of to the guys and gals who got the petition going!
