Construction started on a new public library right up the street. It's not scheduled to open until 2008-9 but they're getting the parking lot ready now. The lot will be used for overflow from a local commuter train parking lot until they get a new parking garage completed. Good news for me... I'll have a place close to home to ride flat. Right now I pack my bike in the car and drive to the train station. Not being able to just hop on my bike and ride has stunted my progression. In fact I've only been out riding a couple times this year. Now I'll be able to ride to this new lot at my leisure. Can't wait!

A new school was just built right around the corner from my house. It is only about a mile away ( thats close when your in the country)...
