There was plenty to buy sell and swap too...

And here's the only photo Sarah didn't take. I took the photo of her and her favorite bike of the day. This bike gets the big thumbs up from Sarah.

QuicksilverBMX
great pics Roy!

Thanks for sharing!
ACGTO
Thanks guys, it was a great day. Definitely worth the trip from Melbourne. Great to see everyones bikes, some great wheelies and unbelievable bunny hops.

Time to pack my bike for the trip home now.
broke L345
hey ACGTO,

That was your 17 GT. Very nice!
ACGTO
Yep. Got the frame and fork painted by Roberto a while ago so thought I should bring it up for him to see.

We'll have to try and have a day like this in Melbourne at some stage. It was a massive turn out and great being around others with the same interest.
84profile
Yes, it was an awesome day, and great to meet up with the locals and extremely impressive was the dedication for the interstaters to make the trip....

Roberto and Servo deserve massive prop's for the efforts, it was truely an awesome day! Thanks boys!

Yeah broke that GT (17) is Adams (ACGTO), and it is as sweet as h3ll! Adam is also a great guy!
COASTY
I made it home guys.
What a day!
When I left I forgot to say goodbye and thank you to 2 of the best guys I know in Aussie VBMX.
Scotty and Rob, you guys deserve medals and every bit of praise you get. The day was well organised and LOTS of bikes and people showed. I would have driven from Cairns to see you guys and ride with you.
Gary, your a legend too mate. Anyone that can bunnyhop that well with little or no practice is a legendary rider.
I'm really looking forward to lining up on the gate with as many as possible at Ashmore.
That means Leroy AND Jas too.
Thanks again guys. I'm still buzzing.
GTHODAD
Great pics
Who was selling all the hubs?
ROBERTO
Gavin, the winner of the Mono Comp.
serva
Hey guys! What a day! I had a fantastic time and want to thank Robert for letting us use his turf to hold the bbq, and a huge thanks to the huge effort everyone put in.......thats what made the day so great!

Now, who got the pics of JC's massive bunny hop??
rsrichie
you'll find some more pics here including the JC Bunny hop Gathering pics
ROBERTO
I'd like to thank everyone for coming !

Special thanks to:

Serva for helping me organise this.

Gavin for lending us the bike stands for 50 bikes and making the layout organised.

Mick Rynn for designing the BMX banners.

Glynn Hicks for printing the banners.

Gary Winmill for the bunny hop set up and jump.

Pickleditty and Simo for the Ghetto Blaster.

And anyone who made the trip or lent a hand or had a great time.

Now here's some more pics.

Gavin on the go.

He clears it no sweat.

Far out Gary is a magician!
Jarvi
Fantastic day. Left Melbourne in 14 degrees and rain and arrived in Brisbane, sunny and 29 degrees. Big thanks to Scott and Robert plus everyone who attended. Everything combined to make it a great day. Pressure is one for me to show a few photos so I'll get some done as soon as possible.

Thanks also to the people who were on the end of me saying, "can you just move over there" or "can you do it one more time, I was too close/far away". I hope I had the camera on the correct settings.

Here's a preview. Please don't ask me to put names with all the people.

Jarvi
Gary wasn't just bunny hopping either.

QuicksilverBMX
"waits for Roberto to post a pic with a roll call"
serva
Not walking funny, but the lead up to my "frozby flop" low jump!

84profile
um yup, I agree...I was just trying not to rub the aero stamp off the side of my seat, whilst trying to miss the homeless bum in the middle of the road!
Jarvi
That's funny I didn't see the homeless guy. Must have been behind me.
Jarvi
How small does the Hutch look in this one?

COASTY

What an awesome day and like its been said before big ups for Rob and Scotty and everyone else for getting this going.

Great to speak with other mature aged kids who enjoy playing with little kids bikes........ looking at these bikes was pure time warp stuff.

Top photos here guys.
ROBERTO
Your wife is welcome Glenn.

Quicky: it would take me two hours to do the roll call, I dont have two hours, any volunteers?

ROBERTO
Hope you're feeling better Martin.

Someone here must be up to the challenge of putting names to faces.

Gotta go.
Jarvi
Actually I don't think that is Roberto's GT in the photo with my Haro. There's were a few surprise GTs turn up that were damn impressive.
Jarvi
Scott: Hey I think Gary has cheated when marking the height.
Stu: Yeah and if I lean over I might be able to go under it rather than over it.

Sorry Scott, not picking on you with all of these, you just happen to be in a lot of them.
