Hey I might get a wild hair and move to Melbourne, Australia some day soon and I was wondering if anybody would want to rent me a room for a while. How much does a room usually rent for down there? How much are apartments? Thanks in advance for all your input dudes!

G'Day Mike, My mother is renting an apartment for $155 per week in the Melbourne suburb of Northcote which is close to the CBD.
Melbourne is a cool place to live. I haven't lived in Melbourne for around 2 years now but I visit on a regular basis.

Thanks a bunch mates! I definitely probably wouldn't live right in the city of Melbourne as I know it would be a lot more expensive. Probably somewhere outside of the city but not too far away.
