then click on "Generate HTML and IMG code" at the bottom of the page,
This will bring up another screen and you need to choose "IMG images for message boards"
Select the whole thing, copy, then paste in your message on this thread....
see how you go...

You'll get there...... Steve is hopeless when it come's to the computer, well internet anyway, great with graphics packages, but anything else he struggles....just keep trying it WILL work !!!

Maybe if your having trouble with the select thing,
click on the box, then go to edit, choose select all, then edit, copy, then click on your message in Vintage BMX then, back up to edit, choose paste... and cross your fingers Hope I'm not confusing you !
