Posted this on the new school/Retro forum.
Still trying to find pic's of a 95-97 PK same as the one I just bought.
I intend to do a retro build along the lines of powder blue frame, chrome LG and camo pads.
Can someone show me a pic or pic's of a 95-97 PK?
Nov 24 2005, 05:31 PM
Hi Howard, it's a pity the museum doesn't go into the 90's. Maybe if you contact SE they could help out. www.sebmx.com
or maybe try sending the OM a PM?
I've put camo pads on my 2005 PK ripper. I've got the old frame stickers too so when the standard SE stickers that came on the bike get completely chewed up I'll replace them with the long "PK Ripper" frame stickers. Good luck, post some pics of your bike when it's done.
Nov 24 2005, 09:07 PM

Nov 25 2005, 02:07 AM
Where was I? Oh yeah! Thank's for the pic's of the PK's.
The one I have coming is black but I think I want to either go polished or Blue.
It has the canti break mounts so it would be 97 on?
Nov 25 2005, 02:52 AM
Those yellow tyres are cool. And the haro forks are beauties!!! They should look good on your haro Osamas. I'm not sure what year that elina seat is, but isn't that the long nose version? Looks like it could have water damage from being WET!!!!

I am purely just wanting to know how long it takes for them to get back to you ( I'm sure she will come through)......but when.
Nov 25 2005, 01:25 PM
Nov 25 2005, 03:03 PM
lewis...the best way to contact ema is to get on the phone....i was waiting for the postage amount for 6 weeks....one phone call cleared it all up. She's a nice person with a lot of work...give her a call and she'll send it off to you the next day.
Nov 25 2005, 05:28 PM
Yeah I had the same problem, It got sorted out in the end but I had to get someone over there to contact her and get her moving. Takes too long and I wont deal with her again even though it worked out in the end.

I recognised a few people from magazines. Clint millar the most obvious. He was judging the comp. It was a top day. I'm sunburnt too!
Oh and the 1000's of schoolies runnin around in bikinis didn't hurt either.
