ahhh I remember a time, about 2006 when parts were cheap, forums were friendly, and the small amount of friends you met online are still the ones you have today laugh.gif

Less is more!

Well spotted Mat , thanks Mick .

Mountain bike race yesterday at a place called Rim Nordic . I got 5th in my race and 2nd for the series overall while the shop I ride for (Bear Valley Bikes) won the team trophy . Good times with some great folks .

Havin a ball over here but missing youse blokes a lot too . I'm sorry to have missed Robertos' last show 'n shine and have a big catch up like last year but like they say , all good things must come to an end . By the way , thanks Roberto for all the work you and your family , Ross and the crew have put in over the years . You created the defining event for Qld. at least and now the torch has been passed . Well done sir , the Australian vintage BMX scene will be forever grateful .

Has anyone got any new builds going ? I'm so far away from all my parts it just seems too hard right now but maybe soon .

Jarvi
Perhaps we need to organise a container of both out bikes/parts to be shipped over Gav. Good to speak with you on the weekend too.
Volcano
James - remember this?........ tongue.gif

They were definitely the good old days. Had many good times up on the Gold Coast and Brisbane over the last few years. Not the same anymore but hopefully it will get back on track soon.

How cool are those flying fish
And Christian the JMC is off the hook ...... Awesome stuff
Congrats mate
broke L345
Thanks Noel! yeah how are those fish, I saw them in a shop the other day but didn't realise they flew.... unreal.

are you building anything Noel? I love your blue Nomura haven't seen a picture of it for a while.

having said that I think Matts one is stunning too, wouldn't mind stealing the stem off it either.
84profile

Wow Mick they are some crazy forks, I can't think of one benefit for the set up though...

I'm thinking about rebuilding the Profile, I stripped it down long ago but I miss it..the finish is pretty bad, and I've had the forks repaired (the usual Profile crack in the fork tabs) so it is kind of a candidate for a re-chrome or maybe black powder...

broke L345
Black would be different.
84profile
Different except I already have one smile.gif
ACGTO
Do a yellow one Stu.
84profile
Oh we know I had one like that too..that didn't go so well smile.gif
