I had and have white bars on a chrome patto Ben, maybe you need colour instead of black.?
My white in the stickers and blue on the crossbar and stem help tie this together.

Kurt.

That looks great Matt. Pads and decals, bars and stem all work.

I agree matt with a splash of colour (and the white in your PR pads) it looks hot, but it aint cutting the mustard with the black and chrome......I think i will stick to my og plan....

I thought the dog would have appeared a bit happier with all the soft dirt to dig up. Our golden retriever always loved freshly dug gardens. Then again, she was as lazy as her owners.

Christian the garden looks great - low maintenance succulents suit the mid century modern feel of the house
I'm glad you left in the big (I think) Dracaena, they are such lovely "architectural" plants
Funnily enough I took my 5 1/2 year old to the Mt Coot-Tha Botanical gardens on Saturday and she loved the succulent/cacti section - she peaked over my shoulder when I was looking and gave your's the thumbs up, although she would like a few taller cacti LOL
Would Rhoeo suit between the Aloes etc instead of mulch, although they can go a little too far

Don't you just love finding stuff you thought you'd lost? I'm going to tear the old mans house apart next month when I go to Sydney.
Mick, those forks look like the ones under my dads house. I'll see what else I can find there.
Loving those Redline Monos.

I have never owned an Esky, but I did own this '71 Mk1 Capri 1600 for a few years. Restored it to original wheels etc. Finally sold her in 1998. All white original interior, low back buckets, sports wheel. Miss that car.

I've had 4 Escorts now. Another one may turn up very soon too.

The Alan Jones F1 car still has the box/display case. They all need cleaning up as they were sitting in a garbage bag under the house. Not the ideal environment.
Whenever I see a Capri I always think about The Professionals tv program, even if it's a bit later model than yours Kurt.

and speaking of Escort/cosworth engines....this offroad buggy had an ex-Tony Longhurst (Ford Sierra Shell Racing - Bathurst) engine in it....
Rumoured to be close to 650HP at the flywheel....420HP at the rear wheels......it was wheelstanding off the startline!
