Sold! finally ... ;-)
Mr.BMX
For those who asked about it, here's my recent score, The " G-Boy " frame, since i didnt take it to the show....

These frames are REALLY old, and also made of Alloy in the pioneering days of FMF/Race Inc/SE racing/Cycle Pro etc etc....

I'm planning to strip the blue paintjob, and anodise it cherry-red just like the one in the back page of "BMX Downunder" book ;-)

Marty.

Ok, here's one that might get some interest. 3 Aussie number plates - I've still got my original white Invada from 1983. Did I mention I liked number plates?

CheerZ OSAMAsBMX
velocidad

forks: speak to Scotty Serva, he is the Haro man around here, as we will see one day soon!
velocidad
Martin - yes mate nice plates! giv ya $20 for the cranks? - lol!!!
OldSkoolRoy
Nice plates martin....i had the red and black star one bitd. Oh and yep..you've mentioned once or twice that you like plates hahahehe. ME TOO!! Cool to see some choppers...i got one of those things.
www.martin-bike.com
ahhhh . . . let me think about that. LOL
KOSY-MOTO
Hey Velocidad.. thats great no rush.. Im broke buddy.. hehehe..

Yeah looks like I will have to buy a bike and keep it down there at mates place and hook up for cruising... I was hanging out for a ride!! check this.. so when I got back to Sydney... next morning I was out cycling 83klms.. was hanging out so bad!! That's the love of Bikes...

Big Props to the guys @ EAST-SIDE bike club..

PEACCCCE!
Jarvi
Does anyone know the owner of the white Aero plate in the back of the Ford ute? I'd be interested in buying it. Unless of course Martin has already snapped it up.

James
www.martin-bike.com
Hey James,

No I haven't snapped it up but I'd like to (LOL) - could trade for an Invada!

Martin
www.martin-bike.com
I want Chris' gusseted chrome Robinson, Osamas Torker, that Aero plate, and so on and so on . . . LOL

I need that Aero plate for a replica of Greg Grubbs' Redline Proline as in this pic . . .

Martin
prosight
The plate is Wolly's i don't know if he sold it but he's not a VBMXer i can find out if anyone would like it...
www.martin-bike.com
Yes please . . . and also those 24" blue Ukai rims. Thanks Chris.
Jarvi
I'd like it for sentimental reasons. Martin have a look back a few pages at my racing photo and you'll see the same plate. Not that I can compare myself to Stu Thomsen though...
prosight
ok will do...
i went and had a look in the shop for you Martin and there is only one NOS blue Ukai rim left...
but i did get this very very nice BLUE MAX...

gee, thats funny jarvi, ya look just like him, lol

Hey Fellas!
Just thought I would share this with you all. It's taken for ever to get to this point and I'm loving it. I have to give props to ROBERTO for the amazing powder job. He even mixed a colour for me! spot on! He comes so highly recomended. Hopefully I will have it finished in a week or two.
Hey Luis I will definately keep an eye out for some forks for you.....but they are pretty hard to come by......maybe Chris can help?
Looks like you guys had great time on the week end......I hope to have a beer with you all at the next one. Is anyone going to start another thread for the show? so our international buddys can see our aussie quality, just an idea.
Mark! you got some mail comimg your way! ot my typing fingies on!
prosight
that Haro is coming up very nice....
Luis i just may have some forks for you bud ill look in the shed tomorrow and let you know...
Jarvi
So how do you guys settle things when there's competing people? Arm wrestle, 100m sprint, no rules fight to the death?

Now, not to nitpick here but I think the one on Stu's bike has white aero lettering on a black background where as the one in the ute and on my bike is black aero lettering on a white background. See Martin it's no good for you anyway. lol

James
OldSkoolRoy
Your haro looks awesome...hope i can get the same result when i restore this one
prosight
100m sprint is the best way....but i have a stuffed leg so i always run last....well i can not run its that stuffed.....so ill work it.
serva
Hey osRoy! let me know if I can help when it comes time. Thats a pretty special frame you got there mate
Mr.BMX
