Try a panel beater to weld a dint puller on the dint or last resort Paconi to fill.. Rather pull the dint though..

Same factory as Diamond Back
I had the same forks as those on my 26" Bennett which was also Kozumi made (Japanese)
So is Spinner the same as Kozumi? I've had a few along the way including come Landing Gear Lite copies and possibly a set of TRX copies. I just thought they were a knock off type brand.

Tyres are Rainbow label Tioga Competition 111 in 20" x 1 1/8".
Rims are silver ano 20" 36 hole Araya 1 1/8".
