Absolutely beautiful job on your Candy Apple Red over Chrome Moosegoose :-)

I hope you brought home an award for that sweet Moose, pure class!

Makes me very proud to have my creation, and design, out in the world,
around the world, and especially down under, still being enjoyed :-) :-) :-)

Cheers,
Danny
DannyOakley
Oops, sorry about that, I must have had Moosegoose on the brain...

Where are my manners :-(

To: waza007
Warren, amazing job on your red "G-Boy"!

To: Volcano
Mick, your chrome & gold "DB", and chrome & red "Tange/Shimano build"
are beautiful!
Along with your other bikes, of course...

To: ALL the Aussie mates!!!
For all of you who took your bikes, and participated in the Roberto's
event, congratulations, you are what BMX is all about...
The "community" you have here, amongst yourselves, is a beautiful
thing, you should all be proud.

I don't have a picture of all of you, with your real name, as well as
your vintagebmx screen name, and of course, your bikes. I wish I did,
it would help tremendously... For me to be able to put a picture of
a bike, with a person, with their name, would bring things into focus
for me :-)

I hope that someday I can visit Australia and come to one of your
standout BMX shows to meet you all.

To: ROBERTO
Thank you for putting on such a wonderful event, I wish I could have
been there. This is a great thing to do that allows our sport of
BMX, and our friendships to grow and blossom.

Cheers,
Danny

Danny

What can I say - I'm both humbled and honoured.

It's fantastic to be part of such a passionate and vibrant community in Australia and worldwide, and I can't wait to show you the bike in person when you make the trip Down Under.

QuicksilverBMX
we should all put a pic up of ourselves next to our favourite ride smile.gif
Volcano
Danny you are a true gentleman...its wonderful to have you comment on our builds.
As Ben said...it truly is an honour. Thanks mate! good2.gif
I'm sure there will be more awesome builds from Down Under.

Good idea Reece.
COASTY
Heres my Watson goose. Big thanks to Roberto and Waza. Thanks guys.
Biggest thanks goes to Mick for the print of Jeff. I framed it this morning mate and it's hanging above the bike. I know it needs Redline pads but they can wait.
Brisben
Geeze Coasty that was quick - a build in under a week!!!!

Looks tops mate caught any air on it yet?
AdrianH
Awesome Mate. Who is a happy camper now eh? tongue.gif tongue.gif Glad to see that finished mate, I know how much you have put into that. Now if we could only get Mr Watson to sign that print...
COASTY
This builds been going for quite a while now. 5 years since I thought of doin it!
Apparently Jeff Watson is no longer on this earth. I was told by his neice that he committed suicide a few years back. Still haven't been able to confirm that. I hope it's not fact.
Thanks guys.
Kurt.
Mmmm tasty hard core goose. Gee those bars came up a treat.

Danny - you are always welcome around here - awesome to see someone who was involved from the start with so much passion for our sport.
Volcano

Bradster
Nice work Glenn, I think you've mentioned that build a few times in the past, good to see it done!
Some nice builds popping up around here! I think Mick & Ben have been busier than a Michael Jackson garage sale on the build front lately!
tongue.gif
(too soon for MJ jokes???... rolleyes.gif )
Bradster
....ok so this is not a traditional build but got my racer going, minus crank mod, I'm pleased with the way it rides, she does have a bit more flex than the modern rides though I have to admit!

Also picked up a win in this moto....

I agree! What a fantastic collection of photos. Well done! Looks like it was a fun day for you all.

One thing I picked up on in those photos, was that Skyway TA's look waaaayyyyy better with spokes and rims, than Tuffs. Sorry, but that is my opinion smile.gif
Volcano
They are awesome pics!!!!!
I'd love some of the Hi Res pics to make some posters...
Who's are the Matt?
