can't recall the date - I think it's very late 83 just before Miranda switched to Torker.
The 7Bs were still pretty commonly used by the pros for a long time - you can see pics of Greg Hill using them in 84.
I'm trying to get to 5,000 but I have to talk way more pointless shizz yet!

Hey Glenn - they are awesome pics mate - lucky to have them - did you find them recently? I've never seen them before. Sweet as.
Feeling for you with the heat fellas - we are crusiing at a just about perfect 26/27 at the moment on the northern coast - was 39 this arvo in Lonny and that's just too damn hot with the clear Tassie air!

Are you kidding me? Not good pics? I love old pics - the way they capture a split second and a mood and a time and a feeling from so long ago. Who cares about the focus or fading - what you have there is BMX history. I love them. Any of us are damn lucky to have any riding pics from BITD.

Actually Matt - maybe along with the delivery stuff you should get yourself a job as a pool guy
your pool looks nice and tidy behind all your bikes
Between the mail deliveries and pool cleaning you could write a book
and if you did pizza delivery at night you could write a mini-series

Not a lot Lew. I have a pic of them in one of my Aus books from BITD. I believe they were around late '78 or early '79 and were the same Koizumi frame used for the looptail Raleigh - just different stickers. There's a thread on os-db.net about them.

Hi coasty , a guy tracked me down asking for his old redline MXII, I did have it but it ended up in the UK sadly for him. So I thought I'd dig out the PL-20 carrera again and finish it for real this time. I dug out the 81 Mongoose for my oldest son and put it together and then my daughter wanted the 87 skyway streetstyler put together........and then my youngest son the carrera and BLA BLA BLA I find myself here. Porsche is coming along fine...... its a money pit LOL. yea Kurt waza sent me a pic of those DB's never seen one around.
