can't recall the date - I think it's very late 83 just before Miranda switched to Torker.

The 7Bs were still pretty commonly used by the pros for a long time - you can see pics of Greg Hill using them in 84.

I'm trying to get to 5,000 but I have to talk way more pointless shizz yet!

lol

Good luck with the record too mate.
Kurt.
Thanks mate.

Are you kidding me? Not good pics? I love old pics - the way they capture a split second and a mood and a time and a feeling from so long ago. Who cares about the focus or fading - what you have there is BMX history. I love them. Any of us are damn lucky to have any riding pics from BITD.

COASTY
You'll never catch me Matt. I talk too much. LOL
At least you know when they are coming (the parcels). The last part of the trip is assured.
QuicksilverBMX
I know what u mean, it was 26 and cloudy here today, phew!
Brisben
Actually Matt - maybe along with the delivery stuff you should get yourself a job as a pool guy

your pool looks nice and tidy behind all your bikes

Between the mail deliveries and pool cleaning you could write a book

and if you did pizza delivery at night you could write a mini-series

Hey Lew - man, haven't seen you around for a while! How's the Porsche coming along? You must be long settled in your new house now.

4 DBs mate - '80 Large, '81 Medium Pro, '82 Senior Pro and '82 Turbo.

We'll have to catch up for sure. My e:mail has changed - kurtandjulie@aapt.net.au

Seen these?

Lewis
No. great stuff tho. I sure would like to see your DB'S. what do you know of the DB's that did not have the diamond cut out in the gusset, but had a decal there instead.
COASTY
Geez Lewis. Where ya been mate? Good to see you back here.
You too Chris.. Now sell me that Proline
Kurt.
Not a lot Lew. I have a pic of them in one of my Aus books from BITD. I believe they were around late '78 or early '79 and were the same Koizumi frame used for the looptail Raleigh - just different stickers. There's a thread on os-db.net about them.
Lewis
Hi coasty , a guy tracked me down asking for his old redline MXII, I did have it but it ended up in the UK sadly for him. So I thought I'd dig out the PL-20 carrera again and finish it for real this time. I dug out the 81 Mongoose for my oldest son and put it together and then my daughter wanted the 87 skyway streetstyler put together........and then my youngest son the carrera and BLA BLA BLA I find myself here. Porsche is coming along fine...... its a money pit LOL. yea Kurt waza sent me a pic of those DB's never seen one around.
AdrianH
Kurt, what sort of stem are you looking for? I might be able to get hold of one for you.
