If anyone from Sydney ever comes across a silver PK with JMC DY bars and landing gear forks, and graphites. I WANT MY BIKE BACK. I sold it to a young kid back in 88 and I regretted it ever since.
Please help me be reunited with my baby.

Hey guys, I'm still looking for a Mongoose headset. I tried Rini's and she is sold out. Does anyone know where I can find one? I've tried all the UK guys as well. I'm at a loss as to where to find anymore. If not I'm gonna have to go with a beartrap or MXII.
Nice frame too Jas. If I wasn't strapped atm I'd grab that.

I dont nknow why I race. A 5 year old took me out in practise, I came 4-2-dnf-4.
My chain came off courtesy of a bent sprocket. then my sons chain comes off.
Not good night. Was heaps of fun though.

Phew! well its 10.30pm and I have just finished my Moose! Will post pics pics tomorrow, the guys at the lbs helped out alot with polishing the f/f as I dont have a bench grinder and vice and most other essentials. Anyway, it doesnt look too bad, some bits I used cos I didnt have exactly what I wanted but its all good, at least I have one now and it rides wicked!

Hi Guys,
If anyone is looking for a brand new cruiser to ride around then I have one for sale.
Its a two month old Redline Proline one, all I have changed is added a Profile whippet chainring and a konix chain for strength.
Ridden twice, my bad knee is not as strong as I thought.
Cheers

HEY GANG!! QUESTION:
Does anybody know if those old school Apollos are any good? Also MK2 stems? good?
COASTY
Sep 10 2005, 09:36 PM
Depends on the model Apollo. Our shop was an Apollo dealer and the top end stuff had good parts. The Apollo factory guys were pretty good, so they must have been ok.
MX2 or mk2? I have used an mx2 stem for over 25 years (and just got another one)and it's as good as a tuff neck in my opinion.
