Ozzybmx go back in your hole ive had lots of PM/phone calls of support for me and all say you are a tool.
and we all KNOW you are..........
Jan 19 2007, 04:39 PM
oh and ozzybmx you must feel like you have done something wrong for you to come in here and TRY to explain yourself....
I don't need to explain a thing everybody can go and read the last pages of the thread and can see you are the Tool
Jan 19 2007, 06:21 PM
Chris edit your post, that is exactly the kind of thing that will get this locked. OZZY should get the message too, you 2 continue this with PM, we dont need dirty laundry aired here.
keep it real.

Come on Hal. Seems it's only one or two people causing the trouble. Why would you shut down a thread for all Australia's VBMXers because of one or two people? Wouldn't it be fairer to warn or suspend them rather than taking it out on all of us. Since the last incident at Christmas the thread has been civil and positive. No need to nuke all of us...
Jan 19 2007, 07:58 PM
LOL - come on guys - give it a rest and get back to the bikes please.

I just got back from a huge ride along the esplanade. my boy hurt his back practicing his "monos". I felt bad cause I told him to get up and stop being a wus. He jarred his back a bit. his little mate thinks I'm really cool cause I can do tricks. I fell on my *** twice too. Now I need a nanna nap.
Jan 19 2007, 10:37 PM
Sounds like a fun ride nonetheless Glenn. My 11 year old and I compare scars now - it goes with the territory. I've still got "DX Shin", "Gravel Burn Elbow", and "Mono Gone Wrong Back of Hand". No scars show now from the "Over the Bars Broken Arm" though...
Jan 19 2007, 10:41 PM
Yeah my body is covered in BMX and skatey scars.
All part of riding, and thats what I told him (and his mother )
I said wait until I make a 1/4 pipe! Thats when the real fun starts!!

Thats why I have been a bit quite cause I have been at the hospital since tues. Sorry to see the string broken boy's but lets just keep the convo simple and talk about what we really love, BMX and our kids. Teamharo

Jan 20 2007, 04:57 PM
about your injuries, I just have lots of scars and broke my lumbar 3 4 &5 vertebrae given my name here. But about 7 years ago I came off quite badly and went to a chemist to get some large dressings, when I aksed for them he looked at my arm shoulder and leg and said how did you do that? I told him I was racing, in return he responded "well your not very good at it are you" the rude bugger.
Keep riding mate
Jan 20 2007, 05:15 PM
Whos going to the Sydney show thing?
Hopfully I will have something new finished to show.
Jan 20 2007, 06:03 PM
Thanks lads, I might let her race but no freestyle for my wee girl. The freestyle riding these day's is out of control but what will it be like in ten or fifteen years. I was supposed to judge at the bmx games and help out on our triplesix stand but sadly I am not going. But I will let you in on a little secret I am working with Steve Cassap on a old mid and new school reuion. It will be held at the Melbourne casino, three day event. Feb 2008. Looks like I have a few sponsor's to help with flights and acc. We will be bringing over some amazing names from the U.S. U.K. and OZ rider's. Just started this project so I will keep you all posted! Teamharo

Congrats on the lil girl Teamharo First time dad?? What's everyone done over the w/end?? I've been toying with the bikes, putting a Hutch 'survivor' together with bit's 'n' pieces left over in the shed-actually starting to look half decent too!
Jan 21 2007, 04:44 AM
Jan 21 2007, 04:58 AM
Comon Bradster, show us the Hutch!
After 7 1/2 years together I managed to finally get 3 bikes inside the house. Our loungeroom is so big now I have room for them. Heres 2 of them.
I spent the whole weekend riding and today my boy swam with turtles at Reefworld. Great weekend.!
Jan 21 2007, 05:02 AM
Love to post some pics guys, but the lad decided- during the week, to drop the digi camera just far enough away so I couldn't save it in time! *cringe* there goes $200!!!!!!! Get a new camera very soon.
Hey Coasty-make sure at least 1 bike is left in the house at all times! Otherwise you'll forfeit the space and have to start over again!! LOL

whats new reece, how ya been bud
Jan 21 2007, 05:39 AM
Hey V8, Yea I know Trev well. He was one of the first riders I met when I moved to Aus back in 95, he is still riding a little byt spends more time on his cars. he is still riding his 22kg S&M Sabbath, I have told him it is a lot easier for old men to ride light bikes. I know I find it easier. I will have to try and get Trev on here he would love it. A lot of the old guy's from back then are still riding. I just gave Nicky Watts my WTP to ride and he can't believe how effortless the bike is. Thanks again boy's for all the messages on the birth of my baby. I will have to find out who you all are, I mean by first names because I know you. Well most of you. John
Jan 21 2007, 05:49 AM
hey gleno the cranks on that mongoose look like the ones i got in early 81 ? how strange !
Jan 21 2007, 05:51 AM
Hi Guys, seeing as its been cool enough to actually venture outside this weekend. I decided to update my oxailic (de-rusting) tank setup as the first pic will show it was way too small. So a quick trip to the tip shop got me a big tank for $10. Welded a few braces to the legs and fitted a drain tap. Now it will fit 2 or 3 frames at once. I'm having a clean up guys so email me your wish lists and i will see what i can find for sale or trades. firstname.lastname@example.org

Jan 21 2007, 05:57 AM
Hey Waza, when I was a kid growing up in Scotland there was a great product I think you would have loved, It was called Eat Yer Rust. It was like paint stripper but it stripped rust from frames in seconds. It was some crazy ****e. John
