Guys, if anyone is heading to Terrigal this weekend and has a spare stand I'd appreciate borrowing it. One that I can use on a PK Ripper so that rules out the Dax stands I think. Thanks.
prosight

Janelle
v8ute
how much are you askin for the wheels jibba?
Mr.BMX
Andy: not any more mate ;-)
Jibba
i dunno what do you reckon they would be worth, he has been offered $200, but reckon hes havin a bit of a tug, but he may be right in that price.

Janelle
v8ute
hey reece, thanks for the congrats on the flights bud.
definitely cheap enuf for 100 bucks
v8ute
200 seems a bit steep, i and many people would only pay about 100- 150 if they were in perfect condition

OZZYBMX
smashin redline quicksilver !!!!

the only problem with BUDGET BUILDS is .... after they are finished you look at them and think .... "that would look nice with a NOS red pro neck" .... $250 later +++ other NOS exotic bits the bike turns into a $$$POT !!!!!!!!
Namza
Thanxxx, Dugga. So if no taxes then I'm considering bringing my bike over unless I cannot get a bike bag to go with. Anyone from Melbourne wanna lend his bike for race? :)P

Hey guys, just a quick question, I just bought another (as my previous purchase on ebay did not arrive see here ) 83 GT Pro frame/forks/bars and seatpole. I have paid $80 usd to have sent here by USPS global priority....Does that sound about right?...the seller is having some difficulty shipping it due to size...
HowardinOz
I've had them shipped cheaper but that's not too bad. Depends on where they're located.

Howard
84profile
Thanks Howard....I've had it cheaper too...shame it never showed
proline2
i just bought a frame and he quoted me 60 something US bucks for the global. i'm not paying more for postage than i did for the frame. anyway it'll make a nice chrissy present when i get it in 3 months time LOL and give me time to collect components.
84profile
Thanks Proline....yeah I hear you....freight is like going to the dentist...you don't want to have to pay for it, but it is just something you have to do...

I love having a tracking number and global express is normally so quick....just dam expensive!
proline2
fingers crossed the two frames i've just bought from the US will be the only ones. my next builds i hope to source from here using Aussie frames, although having said that, ummm "PK Ripper"......yes please.

your profile in the other thread is awesome ol' mate, very nice indeed.

Kurt.
Hey,
Back in late '79 I bought a full suspension 20" bike. I've got a feeling the brand was Roadmaster (cheapo I know) though I can't be sure. It had a name plate/badge riveted to the steering head. It had sprung forks and a twin shock rear end. Cotter pin cranks, and red plastic guards, plate and petrol tank (plastic was the first stuff I took off it of course.) The thing was heavy as 5h!t.
Anyone got a pic of one of these?
Cheers Kurt
Kurt.
Oh yeah, had the big motorcycle style seat - non adjustable and with no sissy bar (or place to fit a regular seat post.
OldSkoolRoy
Luis.......all my best to your farther and you my friend. Let me know if i can help in any way. Here's my old thing Kurt. Oh........Luis...love the pics.....mmmmmmm Patterson!!!!!

Mr.BMX
Bully:
Nice lacin'......i did the same pattern myself a few months ago on a 27" racer rim, then a 20"....i gotta say the 20" was a whole lot tougher ;-)
Kurt.
Thanks Roy - similar except the "top Tube" was shorter and on a steeper angle -so short you couldn't fit a frame pad to it. What brand is that one mate?
