**** I've only seen a couple of people clear those triples , I used to clear them when they where doubles. There I go remenising again..... Those were the good old days
Jarvi
There was a tail wind down the first and third straights but that made the second and last straights killers. Although the way he rides and don't think he needs the wind assistance.
dugga
great pics james - love that shot of jon jon. The weather turned nasty but still a fun day. Always nice to a finish a meet with all bikes and body parts intact I'm sure you agree

If there's one thing that Trev knows how to do....
And that's ride a BMX bike
Have any of you guys heard the bad news about Renee Junga???? From what i've heard when she was in practise in NZ, she overjumped a tabletop and come a gutsup big time.... They're not sure if she will even walk again I met Renee about a month ago at Browns Plains BMX track(through Scott Pettie) she is a really nice girl......

I don't know what's going on but Renee has had the worst year for injuries. Poor kid.

Updated photo of my Moosegoose.

COASTY
Thats a cool Moose Roy. Top job buddy.
Renee is still in a bad way but now at home. There has been a few stories in the local paper about her. My neighbours tell me they are still waiting for swelling to ease up before any operations go ahead.

Hey nice Moose Roy!

Those things intrigue me - only ever saw one in the flesh.

What are they like to ride?

Camera only takes 2 pictures per second so there wasn't time... I'll post some more on the Eastfield site later this week including the full sequence. Also have some good pictures of one of your boys (I think) battling another rider around the first corner.

Namza, there's a few of us here in Melbourne that ride so sing out when you get here. My guess is you will be staying in Werribee which is not far out of Melbourne.
Kurt.
Hey Matt - sensational pickup on those graphites.
OldSkoolRoy
Kurt T...the Moosegoose are are weird LOOKING bike...but really comfy and fun to ride. They were made for the taller rider.I'm a shorty, so it feels like a 12 speed racer with bmx handle bars on it. I love riding it. It's the first one i grab (to go for a ride on) out of my whole collection.
That's awfull news about Renee. I hope things go better for her.
Wellcome to Proline 2. Another Q.L.Der.
I've been away over the weekend.Went up to Mundubbra. In land from Bundaburg, Gympi...up that way. I went to a small bike shop there and got a couple of old brakes and a Takargi spider. The spider is nickle plated. What would this be off?? Old goose ,de coster, maybe a jag???What do you guys think?
QuicksilverBMX
I had my moosegoose down the local bike shop and there were some young guys down there and asked for a ride and they loved it! they said the moosegoose was better to ride than it looked!
Kurt.
Cool Roy & Reece - gotta add one to my list of bikes to build I think.

Anyone got a f&f out there for sale...

Cheers Kurt

nice air dirtboy!!

& cool pics 2 Crossriderozzy, I think I might have had a quiet word to boyo about avoiding the mud down the bottom of that berm, seemed to help a bit.

Hey Namza - November is a good month here in Melbourne, Knox Thunderdome is on 11 and 12th (yeah some old schoolers will be there showing off there chrome) and then the Vic titles 24th 25th and 26th also at Knox, about a 1 hour car trip from Werribee. just holler if & when your in town ok?
OldSkoolRoy
Go Dirtboy!! Nice air...We might have to have a over 30's freestlye comp!!! How about you Glen?? That would make 3....any more ramp and freestyle riders out there???
HowardinOz
Marty, ruffling feathers???
You'll be banned from their ebay lists before long!
Ha! Ha! Ha!

Jarvi
I'll be in it Roy. No good at it other than a disaster here and there but willing to try. Only problem is the local ramps are either empty which is not good from a safety point or overrun by too many riders which is not good from a safety point either.
COASTY
Yeah That'd be fun Roy. I'd give it a bash. I'm pretty sad at flatland stuff though. I need a bit of practice at Beenleigh though.
Mattblack
OK heres some more pics

My favorite trick - Buggered

some more of Dirtboy in the Vert ramp

congrats on winning those cranks Anthony, I missed the end of the auction otherwise I would have bid to win my first pair of flights.

Oh well, I'll have to find another free-bee auction sniper for next time
Dirtboy
i'm in for a bit of park/ramp fun Roy ....those pics in the big vert ramp do it no justice for size. i pedaled and pumped as best i could and that was as high up as i could go

heaps of fun tho
bullyhotrod86jh
haha, isn't monster like 14f vert ramp, if so it's absolutely awsome you got that high, your seriously awsome in my oppinion.
Jarvi
Yeah well done guys. I've seen that ramp on Fuel and it looks huge. The mini ramp looks like a lot of fun and more my size, although I've seen guys doing flairs on the mini as well so in person it probably looks bigger.
OldSkoolRoy
We might have to start a "MARSTERS" Australian comp. Sounds like you guys are all for it. I had a good laugh @ Mattblack...favorite trick "BUGGERED". That was funny!!
COASTY
I just need a riding partner! It gets a bit lonely at Beenleigh or Pac Pines. Hey Roy we could have a bash down at Currumbin at the ramp under the trees. Do you have any pics of that setup? Looks awsome when I drive past.
bullyhotrod86jh
hey coastvl checkout ozscenebmx.com, in the news and media, he has some stuff on it, like a few clips and such.

Hey how go it brethern !

sorry for the ignorance but it seems lately i only "chime in" on a topic when im looking something .

well here it is .... do any of you's guys have a set of RED MX1000 or MX900 brakes for sale ... must be NOS or off a show bike and in NOS condition .

im just trying to finish off my quad .

also have any of you guys ever bought pads off RETRO-FIT ??? very slow ... its nearly 3 months since i ordered a set from them !
OldSkoolRoy
I can't help out with the brakes...and i've never had any dealings with retro-fit...but i did read this.......

http://www.vintagebmx.com/cgi-bin/ultimate...c;f=24;t=000014
Mr.BMX
keep well away from retro-fit dude!

Today was survivor-brake-sorting day ;-)

RETRO FIT don't get me started
JUST DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH.
****EN RETRO FIT
Namza
Hey guys, do I get tax for bringing bike (personal use) into Melbourne?
AndyDiamond
Mr. BMX - looks like you have a good stash of 'Chung-Fung-Lee' brakes there mate - lol
dugga
hey Namza - no you shouldn't get taxed for bringing your own personal bike into Australia...
and Ozzy as for retrofit - avoid at all costs. There's a few of us here who've been burnt - just do a search on retrofit and you'll see. My experience was not good
OZZYBMX
hhmmmmmm ......... i paid the guy $80au for a custom set of quad pads , red with silver lettering .... was well happy with the price , but not so much anymore since reading this .

SHAFTED without ebay even being mentioned

it was a guy on here who put me onto them too !!!!

PAYPAL will be getting a visit ... NOW !!!!
prosight
OZZYBMX get your cash back ASAP coz you just will not get your pads he has a hard time making pads full stop. but to make a custom set you have no chance.
good luck with getting your cash back it was 9weeks for me to get my cash back in the end i had to call him at his work at tell him if i do not get my cash back ill bag is name all over the net.
got it back 1week later
