Brian, I use a handheld, gravity fed sandblaster and some really fine medium and blast the Tuffs. After that I give them a scrub with an industrial nylon scourer (which we buy by the 20m roll at work) and then soak in CRC (I know the fav is WD40 but the CRC comes by the 20ltr drum...at work ;-) ).
The cleaned wheel's been hanging in the shed for some months now and still nice and shiny!

Redlineoz.....mine are bead blasted too. I do them in a blast cabinet. Just don't hold the nosel of the blaster on one spot...keep it moving and tjey don't burn.
