I inherited my wifes 06' Diamond Back full sus bike. It's pretty nice but when I have ridden it, it was set up for her & was a mushy ride. This is how I set it up, can anybody tell me if things looks OK?

Fox fork "Float R" - 100-110 lbs. Iv'e got the rebound set up how I like it.

Fox rear "Float R" - 190-200 lbs. With the rear capable of 5" of travel, I had to put this much air in the shock to get the sag to about 1". I weigh 165 lbs. Is this OK for the shock?

The front & rear fell about balanced now but I'm concerned about the psi in the rear. But, I can almost bottom it out with a big bunny hop on the road.

Any tips or am I on the right path?

thanks,
b.

sounds like you are almost there,
sag is usually 20-25% of full shock travel, let all the air out, put a ty wrap around the fork leg and shock shaft and fully compress them, put the air back in and measure how much actuall stroke the shock/forks have,
sit on the bike in your normall riding gear in your riding position and add/take away air to get desired sag,
I use Fox front and rear too and put rebound and compression in the middle settings and adjust from there.
Hope this helps?
Fox manuals are really good and their reccomended settings are pretty spot on
