i love me some holeshots...

heres my 24" and i have a yellow 20" pretty much complete, ive stripped it down a little and dont have a pic yet. mine are both 1 1/8" on the stems. is there some sort of converter shim you can use because your DK is 1"?

Yes you can buy a shim that will convert from 1 1/8" to 1"....

Awsome score! Those are easily in the top ten list for mid-school racers to collect! There is a kid ramming around town on one of those frames...bet i can get it from him for $50. lol

...oh almost forgot...I can only vaguely remember those countermeasure cranks. They look a lot like S&M alberts. Were they made by Boss? And do they use 48 spline spindle?

nice score. just curious what craigslist you picked this up from? im not far from the shop that made these. you said it came with gogo bars. if im not mistaken they are the bars that ace products had for there team riders, i didnt think they were made by dk though.

Uhh, back from the dead. If I were a betting man, I would say it would be the Arizona area Craigslist. Just a hunch but they had some serious BMX down there and it seems about half of all the good stuff on vintagebmx.com, eBay, google searches and what-have-you come from that area. Plus it states it in his profile.

I am actually in the process of aquiring a cruiser myself. I can't wait!

Between Kastan01, NBL49A, and myself we seem to allways be snagging up Arizona BMX scores on Craigslist. I am still trying to snag this Ace from Kastan01. We will see, I am sure I can get it with some KASTAN schwag!

You guys have got it good. I live in the state just north of you and unfortunately, not much of that good stuff made it up here.

Just like everyone else does, I regret at the stuff I gave away or sold!! I had 5 sets of PMC cranks NOS in the BOX when I rode for them along with numerous sets of HUBS, Seat Post Clamps, as well as Brand X Forks, Bars, and Seat Posts. I just am sick that I even typed that!!!

Worst of all is I had a HUTCH TRICKSTAR and it went to the DUMP!!!! I never liked it, 80's junk is what I thought when i was a dumb kid in the 90's!!! DOOOHHH
