Full Version: Anyone heard of a frame called Technique??? need help

I have a Technique frame it is all aluminum. I think they only made a few of them in the earily 90's and they were made in MD. I have pics of it just e-mail me at bud8madman@yahoo.com any help would be greatly appreciated.

Technique also made some brilliant 3 piece cranks too!

I am saving back some parts to build one. I never knew anything much about them except I think they were making cranks for 2-3 years and made frames for a very short while and after that Redman bought them out (that is what I heard). exotic cranks for sure!

Made by MJ design in Lake Elsinore CA. early to mid 90s I believe Made cranks hubs and pedals . Have a couple of thier product sheets dont have savy to post . Own four sets of there cranks . Early frames kind of square later kind of octigon six sided sold out to redman check there sight if they still have one.

I ran their cranks for over 2 yrs without a problem. I was told they creak alot but mine never did. Very cool looking cranks with odd sizes.

Here's mine. I love this thing. I ride it as often as I can, (in the summer)!

The Technique hubs are almost identicle to Nuke Proof hubs.
