I'd say they are probably mass produced Taiwanese brake levers. They look pretty cool I must admit....I'd happily use them on any of my bikes.

they look like "H-288A" at least i'm pretty sure they are......
sorry just funnin, they are cool, i would use them on my bike also......if i had a bike, any one have a bike i can have ?????
