I have buyed a frame for 10 Euro I think it is OK for this Is this a Mongoose Villain ?

yeah it looks like a villian

mine (93 or 94 model) didn't have u-brake mounts and the fork's dropouts looked differnt. also the weld's didn't look as nice.
what's diameter is the seatpost? should be a uncommon size. mine was a 26.6mm.

i'm not quite sure, if hooligan frames were 100% 4130, because that's what it looks like to me.

BUT ... there were rumors that villain frames were nothing but a standard frame out of a taiwanese parts catalog.
could be a cheap knock-off.

my first thought was hooligan, then i remembered the hooligan being at least tri-moly. and either had 990s before 98 (at least i think). it does look like a villian just....in 97 or 98 i think the villains had 990s, but i thought the those years (for hooli's and villi's) had 14mm axle slots.

so it could be.....

maybe SC on the dropouts might mean scorpion cycles?... if it had "h"s on the dropouts id say it was a huffy 1/4 ton, with better welds.

echt? müsste man sich kennen? ich hatte netmal realisiert, dass du aus dtl bist.
ich würde ja nochmal nach meiner seriennummer sehen, aber der rahmen steht bei meinen eltern (ca 350km weg).
wenn's bis nächste woche zeit hat, kann ich dann nochmal genauere fotos machen. hi-ten sticker ist allerdings schon lange weg und sah bei mir komplett anders aus.
