Dude thats cool! I knew and grew up with Ruben in Del Rio and San Antonio. I have'nt seen or heard anything about him in a long time. I think he might have been at the Joe Kid on a Stingray premeir in L.A.

Those Homeless days down here in Texas left as much an impression on us... as the Huntington Beach scene did for California in the 80's! The days of abandoned AFA constestees!

Man-Don't get me started.I have posted on other Homeless threads about the importance of the brand in our Freestyle history.Trend and Homeless are a cornerstone for all of Freestyle BMX.The people that kept riding through the tough times of the industry are to be credited with the survival of our sport of Freestyle and BMX in general. Most of the original Homeless Team riders still live here in Austin and I see them regularly.I had the luck of being able to know and ride with those guys back when and even today.
Just go back and watch your copy of Clowns Full of Hate and you will see how awesome and ahead of its time the riding was and is.
