Hey guys, Im trying to track down some pics for a friend of mine. His name is Steven(Keith) Payne and raced in Virginia in 1990. He held the #1 15x plate and 3rd in the Cruiser class that same year.

I don't believe that I have any pics from that time. (I was kinda busy with family things at that time, but still raced.)
If memory serves me, Bill Shugrue from Hampton used to take a lot of pics at that time on the state level. I think his son was around that age then too so you might be able to do a search to get in contact with him. They have been out of bmx since about '93 so I would not hope for much.
