Mine in action from when I rode for them in '93 at the ABA Winter Nat'l. It did have the square tubing on the rear tri---no canti mounts---front forks had tapered tubing-ala from the days of Redline.

So Galen, what you had there was a late KEX right? The forks are nice, I like the taper alot. What can you tell me about the Bomber plate, did Bomber get the Kastan logo on there custom for you? Pretty nice. Still got it? That Kastan looked cool with the blacked out wheels on chrome.

WOW, those are cool. I'm not too sure if I'm gonna keep this one or sell it. I originally got it for my son,but AFTER the auction ended he said he wanted a Mongoose 2/4.

You would probably know more than I do. I was only on the team from late Jan. '93 to the end of March '93. That was when I quit racing until I came back this year. I know this is when Kastan came back with new bikes and a team since the one team that had the uni-strut bikes or whatever they were called. My 20' was the same look as well with the square tubing on the rear tri. I don't remember a whole lot from my time with them.
Bomber made us plates and pads for the team. I'll look for the plate but I don't think I have it.

Galen is that a Rubicon rider behind you ??? I had a custom frame built by those guys BITD,,, they did great work... and I also tried to email you pics of the finished LIMO, I finally found the pads.

And I have an early Kastan cruiser if someone wants to post pics.

The frames I was on in the beginning of '93 was the first ones that had the square tubing in the rear and they were still 4130 chromoly.
Brett, that Rubicon rider was a Phoenix guy by the name of Damon Shelton. That shot was a Pro Cruiser moto. Rubicon was another Woody Woodruff creation.

I know rubicon had those ugly pink and green frame stickers...LOL I got there name from a dans comp rider that was running one of there steel frames. I thought it was great stuff.
