I posted a awhile ago about a US made 94 Robinson Team model with 3 pc GT cranks and parts, it was basically found in the garbage. I don't need it, just though maybe someone would. It's in rough shape, lots of rust but it might clean up OK, tires are junk and no grips, other than that it's complete. I only want to deal with someone in the Los Angeles area, don't want the hassle of breaking it down and shipping it. Don't know what it's worth but I don't want to be played either. PM me or call 310-823-7600, I wanted to trade for some parts I'm looking for but if you are looking here you probably wouldn't have what I'm looking for, I raced in the mid-70's.

I have read too many horror stories on this site and the other about people not getting stuff that was shipped to them and I don't want that to happen. Just call me and maybe something can be worked out.

I would like to see a picture of the frame. Robinson bikes were great frames, and Chuck Robinson was a really nice guy. It would mean a lot for me to get a hold of a Robinson frame.

I live in the SF Valley, so I'm close by. How much do you want for the bike?

Maybe you could come out and look at it. I was messin around with it and got it rollin', could do wheelies on it but the freewheel is something I'm not into. The chrome actually cleans up OK and the rust just seems to be mainly surface stuff, forks polished out pretty good. It rides pretty nice and if I was gonna keep it I would have to get a coaster brake and reshape the bars, too wide and flat, nothing a hacksaw and a torch couldn't fix but someone could make this a nice rider and I really don't need it though I like the long frame. Call the above # and we can arrange for you to see it. Next week would be OK. Gonna need some new wheels though although they are fine mechanically the hubs have flaking of what ever they were coated with. Just trying to be honest. Call me.
