I bought this a few years ago from Scott(MetroCPA) and I'm curious when/where it was made.
It's newer with the threadless fork, frame mounted brakes.(canti? or ?)

I put an OS set of Standing Gear forks I got from Scot B. I had to make shims for the headset but it works and looks cool to me.
