I just picked up a Free Agent Cruiser Frame & Fork the # is 0186006. It has a 20.75 top tube. It is crome but some one has painted the F&F. I think it was built January 1986 and is the #6 made is that correct. Is any one out there in vintage land looking for something like this.

Made Jan. '86-#6 made that month in that size.

I have an 89, I'll try to get some pics of it soon. Might be selling mine, but the frame has some issues. Lots of cool mid-school parts on it, though.

Here's a pic of mine. It's a 12/89, still in almost "as raced" condition. Check out the TNT alloy cranks. I've never seen another pair like them.

So who's selling ? Really really want a new cruiser project and I'm crazy for that steep head tube angle on the FA's.
Would prefer chrome... kdw ? Any chance ? But I'd take any f/f that doesn't need metal work.

here is a link to one of FA Limo's, it is a NOS 90 model. I also have a 92 Limo 24"f&f set and a 88 24"f&f set both in chrome. I sold off 2 86" JR 24's and a early 20" frame and also still have a complete 20" Pro. e-mail me if interested as a couple may be hitting ebay soon.

Just brought a Free Agent cruiser 1990. Hope it arrives before xmas. Haven't seen it in the flesh, but am wanting to know how to identify the model type.

How do I tell if this one is a Limo or Pro Model etc.

id via serial number if on rear drop will tell you
year month production number.

limo generally has over the Pro
machined BB,
longer top tubes,
chain stay x brace

92gli Theirs a 91 cruiser frame on evilbay.

I finally got pics of mine. The serial # is stamped on the bottom bracket, it's U50409251.... I'm assuming it's a 92? I have no idea what model, it's also stamped FA 24 on the bottom bracket.

This one above is made by KHS which bought out the original owners around '93-'94. I have no clue on how they did their serial numbers-I only know how the older ones were serialed.
