For the past 5 or 6 years I've had a Reust Factory mini in my collection of bikes that I often use to loan out to young riders to encourage them to get into the sport. I have never seen another in the last 10 years and know nothing about the bike or the company. It's a really nice looking little unit on 20" sew-ups with a very short rear end. I assume it had some connection with Brian Reust who raced in the 80's. The serial # is RF M59523.
Can anyone give me some history on the company?

Brian Reust owned the company and eventually sold it to Scott Barrette (gOrk's older brother). He renamed it Patriot Bicycles. They now build sidehacks.

Thank you for your reply and posting that awesome picture of your cruiser. I had no idea that the company produced a cruiser. My mini looks exactly like a scaled down version of your cruiser with the same seat stay supports. I'd love to get more information on the Reust Factory line of bikes and pictures from anyone else that has one. If someone knows of one for sale I'm in the market.
