I picked up a Haro 1c 1990 recently. Over all the bikes I ride I like it best. For the problem. Everytime I land a jump the bars move down. At first I loosed stem bolts repositioned bars and retightened even tighter. Unfortunately it did it again. Where does the problem lie stem or bars or both ? I would greatly appreciate help on this topic. Thanks ROB

does the stem move straight down or does the bars move straight forward ? if the stem moves straight down pull the stem and see if you have knurls on your wedge bolt if they are trahsed or not there then try to replace it with one that hase knurls on it. if it is the handlebars moving forward pull them off and inspect them to see if they are crushed or the knurls on them or the stem are goobered up if they are try to clen them up as good as you can or try to find a new stem or bars. good luck
