The dropouts are stamped D22. Toptube is 19.5. Can anyone help?

K9 D-Zine, You have a pro frame if the measurement was taken from center to center of the head tube to seat tube. Your frame was the 22 nd one built in April of that year for that series. We did not stamp the year on our frames because there was no distinguishing changes from year to year. If we felt a model needed to be improved we did it right away and not wait for a new year to make changes. We kept records of our frames by the warranty registrations returned to us by the orginal retail purchaser. If you want to send me a photo, Possibly I can give you the year of manufacturer.
