My neighbor recently gave my son a Mongoose Hoop-D frame & fork set, I'm wondering what year it is- the frame is dark blue & silver & the forks are silver, both the frame & forks have white & blue flame stickers on them & the rear drpo-outs are not only steep , but, the top drpo-outs are squared.
