Can somebody tell me more about the S&M Maddog?! Is it the first F&F set S&M ever made?

I would love to have a set....
Maybe anyone has a Maddog f&f combo?

Thanks, Danny

The maddog was the first S&M. Made by Cooks Bros.

i thought it was made GT....thats what moeller said in the 1st S&M bikes video called Feel my Leg muscles I'm a racer....the title was a quote from one of the baddest riders ever....Dave Clymer.....The movie had to be discontinued due to legal actions by GT for the slaming of Gt by Moeller....Moeller rules.....

The first S&M frame was called a K-9 D-zine (canine design) and debuted at the NBL Lemoore Nationals in the fall (oct?) of 1987...it was green. I was there and had the conversation with Moeller himself. He said Cook Bros. made it..... It would be nearly impossible to find. Last time I talked to him about it, maybe four years ago, he said everyone just rode them 'til they broke and then got a new S&M.....

I have a Maddog frameset just like the one in the pic, even has the exact same frame decals.

Wasen't B & E making frames for them at one point? They also made boat headers...

Not to rape your thread Danny, but I too am looking for one of thoose old maddog frame and forks. I would like to find a yellow one if possible, but would most likely be interested in any or all other colors. You can email me at SparkSVT@comcast.net

Pure classic Mad Dog(s)

Here's an odd one. Early K9 D-Zine decals, and S&M head tube decal, S&M uniform, but judging by the rear of the frame at the drop out, it looks Robinson'ish. Who knows.

By the way, anyone selling one of those jersey's? I've been looking for two years at least.

Kooky Vision-pants tuck-bomb is my new wallpaper.

Does anybody have any shots of the the Mad Dog test in BMXA?

Bub, do you know what issue it was? I didn't know it was ever tested. BTW. I think they are Life's a Beach pants, a sponsor of Moeller's back in the day.

Mongo, I thought it was. Good info!

I don't know which issue it was (I wanna say it would have been late '87?). I just remember thinking that a frame made for dirt jumping was so cool. That, and Moeller wearing a motorcycle jacket and jumping a bike was the most punk rock thing ever.
