the adidas hematoma shoe is great. I'm starting to see a lot more at the tracks. It's a high top but it's not to heavy and very comfy. I found mine on ebay, but pricepoint.com has them prety cheap too.

sorry, didn't see the clip comment until after I posted. Guess I got a little ahead of myself. Anyway, good luck on your choice.

I race with addidas soccer shoes and love them. I just bought a new pair of addidas race lo's. They are very comfortable. They will race tomorrow for the first time.

I just bought the newest pair of Nyquists which are still a few years old. They are OK, but have some weird ventialation system which puts holes in the soles, which means do riding in the mud.

I wear the oldest sneakers I have in the closet lol. Usually it is an old pair of bball shoes. Lately I have been sporting some and 1's but I may have to move on to my old pair of reeboks. Im always putting my feet down and dragging em when I ride. Habbit carried over from being a kid with no breaks lol except now Im 29 and have to pay for them myself lol. I have been eyebanging some new vans though! I have been spending money on everything else bikes parts gear shoes are last on the list at this point. Good question though Im curious to see what people will post.

Ride long and prosper later lowchin

Go on line and get your self a nice pair of old school Vans high tops. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG!!!! They are the only sneeker that I will ever ride or walk with. Vans for life baby!

I tried new Vans for racing, but they sucked for me. I went back to my old Sketchers running shoes. Not what I expected to work, but they stick to the pins on my pedals better. I have even swapped pedals to see what works, but I kept my Welgo pin pedals too.

I'll check tomorrow at my parents, I ended up getting a few pairs in 11 1/2-12 and I think I still got a pair or two new in the box still.
