Started in 1988. If memory serves correct, the ones with the toptube bending BEFORE it reaches the seat tube, were from when Todd Huffman still owned the company. When GT became the owner, the toptube bent AFTER passing behind the seat tube. Hey, wait a minute..Why am I answering this? Todd Huffman's on the board here. I'm sure he could do a better job.

Original colors were black or red and chrome. Then they came out with the gold forks and rear triangle(89). The first year the aluminum rear triangle came out (late 1990? I had the first one available. My rear aluminum triangle was a prototype from the trade shows) they also went to a neon green color scheme. I had one of each (black/chrome, black/gold and green/aluminum). They had a really big following around here when Robbie Morales rode for them as he was a local guy. I just got rid of the green/aluminum one last year. It had only been riden a few times and then stored. They guy who has it had it done up in neon orange and the rear triangle polished. One of my buddys had my black/gold one. I'll have to see if he still has it in the basement and see if he wants to part with it.
