1-1/8" forks in a 1" frame, no problem.
1" in a 1-1/8" I'm not sure about. Probably been done before somehow.

hey rick, wanna trade for yours? i got lots of stuff to get rid of, lol. email me.
problem solvers makes headtube reducers that work in those frames. you may have a hard time finding the right ones though, took me about a month to find mine. that morales frame should have a 1&1/4" headtube, thats what mine has. had to get reducers to take it down to 1&1/8". but you could take it down (with the right reducers) to 1" as well if you wanted.

also, the frames with the peg bosses are pre-2001. the ones bob was selling on the bay were all 03/04 frames, no peg bosses, longer top tubes, etc.
another thing i've noticed, the earlier frames (peg boss models) dont seem to have serial numbers, but the later ones do. anyone have any ideas as to why this is?

I scored a 2003 BTS frame on E-Bay in Nov. '03 for $78. That is quite a bargain for a USA built frame that will withstand most anything you throw at it.

Heck, I'd trade you a 1 1/8 fork, headset and stem for the Holmes. E-mail me (or I'll e-mail you).
